Collecting Crisp Packets

This year our Eco Committee have helped in a school assembly. They welcomed Laura from Keep Wales Tidy to introduce “Coral”, a fish from the Ironworks at Oswestry. Coral is currently resident at the front of school.

Our intention is to fill Coral by the 27th October with crisp packets?

Why?

They will be washed and used to make plastic quilts. The Crisp packets have a foil side which helps to make an insulated blanket. Each blanket takes 4 hours to make and provides warmth for homeless people in Wales.

All classes are competing to collect as many packets as possible by the 27th. Please bring your crisp packet donations to school.
